Nuremberg Chronicle

An extraordinary copy of the 1493 Nuremberg Chronicle, found in a late 18th Century binding with splitting joints and broken sewing, that we completely repaired and restored. The tome was conserved, re-sewn on cords and laced into shaped quarter sawn oak boards, and bound with period brass clasps in full, blind tooled chestnut calf.
