We now find ourselves navigating another transition at the bindery. It was inevitable, Wesley retired in March after almost 50 years at the shop. He has decided to return to Utah to be close to his brothers and their families. We have been preparing for this moment for more than 5 years. Wes has been a wonderful mentor to all of us and we have all learned so much from him. Being a small family bindery, with a staff of 5 has always meant that the staff has cross trained in binding and paper conservation. We have ALL worked on the variety of treasures that come to us over the years. Some of you may have gotten very familiar with having Wes as your primary contact here at the bindery, but please know that your work has been, and will continue to be done to the highest levels. We have the same unwavering commitment to give you the best result possible on your projects.
